I have purchased an expensive premium model Nokia mobile *.* from online giant Amazon India. From the date of purchase, it was creating a lot of issues in the display like couldn't attend the incoming calls and the screen freezes and has to reset by pressing the power button and attend the calls.
This issue has been notified to Nokia support through their online portal and visited the support centre at Pondicherry on **/**/****. On which they insisted me to remove the latest updates and try installing the factory firmware and they installed a new firmware too.
But still, the problem didn't get resolved, despite it developed few problems like call disconnection and voice breakage during ongoing calls. Recently I developed problems in fast charge and the screen keeps flickering in locked condition. I once again visited the same service centre and insisted on the replacement of a new mobile which they have denied and insisted for service. Service centre visit date-**/**/****.
But by servicing the mobile I cannot expect the quality of company alignment and quality product as done in the company. Hence I request for a new mobile as a replacement and compensation for my mental and monetary agony.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
