Nokia India(hmd Global) - nokia defective peice and motherboard isse

I have purchased the nokia * mobile in the month of april ****. just after a month the camera issue started, so I went to nokia mobile care support called Delight solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana.
When I first time visit them, they said it the update issue and took one day and said issue resolved, but after few days again the issue came up. So again i visited them saying the problem is not solved, they checked and told motherboard issue. The raised the job sheet (*********/******/***), and i haven't handed over my handset , they told it will be informed when the spare part arrives and can get replaced at that time. After a month i got a call from the saying please come and get the mother board replaced. Since i was out of station i asked them to wait but they said they will close the job sheet and again open when you come to Hyderabad.
in the month of September i have asked them to raise a new job sheet and resolve the issue. so a new job sheet is raised (*********/******/***), they told it will take a month to get the new motherboard, yesterday when i went there they said there is no job sheet open and played too many dramas and they have behaved very worst i have record of tall their chats
