I purchased a new Nokia *.* mobile phone and had asked for details about Vodafone cashback benefits. It has been more than ** days they responded to the process of claiming the benefit in the same while the charger supplied by them on the **th day of my purchase. Liquid oozed out of it and till now no action has been taken. The company sent me to verify with Vodafone and did not give proper clarity in utilizing the benefit. Please, I am unhappy with the product and service and expect a refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
