Nobroker - NoBroker s terrible and unprofessional service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by NoBroker, particularly the performance of my Relationship Manager. My experience over the past ** days has been nothing short of a nightmare. On the *rd day of their service, I found RM to be severely lacking in competence. He did not share any property listings with me for three consecutive days. I reached out for assistance, but he proved unhelpful. I urgently requested a replacement of RM on the *rd day. They didn’t respond for almost a week, wasting my time. RM contacted me only after my complaint had been escalated. The issues I have encountered are the following and I have mailed this to them, but no actions have been taken.
a) He never proactively updated me on available properties.
b) He failed to share property details unless prompted several times in a day,
c) Despite my clear instructions regarding my move-out date (around October **-**), he has wasted ** precious days.
d) He consistently neglected to provide the daily quota of *-* property visits.
e) The listings he shared were either unavailable in October or have already been rented out.
f) There were several days when he neither called nor sent property listings.
g) He displayed rudeness and insensitivity in our recent interaction.
h) After squandering my ** days, they are saying they will extend my search to ** days, which doesn’t help me as I need a house in the next *-* days. They are saying they are unable to find me property, and they can only return partial payment. After wasting my ** precious days out of ** days, getting just partial payment is not the solution, they should at least give me a full refund. Now, they are not even responding since the last * days even after sending several emails. They have even deactivated my relaxed plan without taking my permission * days back.
I am left with no choice but to demand a full refund immediately, but they are not responding. NoBroker has been extensively negligent, and careless, and RM has been highly irresponsible since I purchased my plan. As of the **th day of my service as of today, I have heard nothing from them. I have been a loyal customer, but the level of disappointment and frustration I have experienced is unacceptable. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND (INCLUDING THE TAX IN PAID).
