Nobroker - Fraud Harassment from NoBroker

On Sep **st,
I reached out to NoBroker for property searches.
I spoke to Naresh from NoBroker, who informed me about their subscription and refund policy.
Naresh informed me that the subscription I took, allow me for a refund on two things:
a. If I don't like the property and service I can avail the refund
b. if within ** days I don't like any property, they will refund
c. if I find a property within **days, I will have to share the rent agreement of the property outside of nobroker
While explaining the house search help, Naresh informed me that I will have a personal relationship manager who will help me find better properties as per my request
On Sep **nd, I received property suggestions that were so poor that I requested my RM to make me speak to Naresh. Until date, I haven't heard back on my complaints on speak to Naresh yet
On Sep **, I got annoyed as their property suggestion were getting way poor than what was suggested on Sep **nd. I spoke the team again, but the response was that someone will get in touch with you, and I have to write for a refund email
Same day I emailed to their team and asked for a refund as they were not allowing me to speak to Naresh
Random employees, were talking to me on behalf of Shivani (my RM) who was somehow on leave and was unable to help
From **rd Sep till date, I have spoken to more than ** people from NoBroker, repeating my same story. I have written so many emails and yet the response was someone will get in touch to resolve my issue.
One of the calls, they mentioned about Shivani being fired for some reason. All I am getting is reasons to push my case and nobody is bothered to respond.
I am single, living alone and have an expense to manage for me and my family.
The brokerage amount was */*rd of what usually one pays for a rented house in Andheri East.
I am tired of this drama and want to act by raising a complaint and if somebody is listening to me can help me here.
