We were scammed by a person, imitating to be the owner of a flat in a building called Tanna Heights in Kandivali Heights. He took a bank transfer of Rs. **,*** using the beneficiary name Deepak Parekh - Owner of the Flat. We were using the Freedom Plan of NoBroker, where they promise to give verified contact owners, and clearly, this person was not verified. Upon contacting the actual owner, we got to know that he had actually posted about his property on ** acres and the scammer took photos and details from there, and posted everything on NoBroker. If this is the scenario, then how can people trust the app, when they allow anyone and everyone to post about a property and scam people.
