Nobroker - NoBroker not honoring CPMS contract

We entered into a contract with Nobroker for Comprehensive Property Management Services for * of our properties in Bangalore.
NoBroker promised services like house inspection, tenant management, conflict resolution, etc., but they have done nothing but charge a *% fee on house rent for two properties since ****.
They haven't inspected either of the house and we haven't received any inspection reports in last *-* months. The tenants complain that the Relationship managers are not available on call whenever they have queries.
We now want to cancel the CPMS contract and the CPMS team, including the Relation Manager Himanshi Wadhwani and her seniors Harish and Mithilesh are evading calls and are not responding to mails or chat on the NoBroker app either.
