I am reaching out regarding my ongoing complaint through Voxya (Complaint ID: ******) related to the NoBroker plan purchased under my registered mobile number (**********). I am extremely disappointed with NoBroker's handling of my refund request, which has been unjustly denied.
No service was provided to justify the charge, yet NoBroker has claimed a discrepancy in the rental and deposit values I submitted as a reason for the denial. When I first identified my dissatisfaction with the service, I promptly informed my Relationship Manager (RM) within a week of payment, and I initially received an offer for a partial refund. However, NoBroker is now citing terms and conditions as grounds for rejecting my refund entirely, despite having delivered no tangible service.
I paid a substantial amount of ₹*,*** for a service that failed to deliver on its promises. Your representatives repeatedly contacted me to upsell a plan, despite my clearly stated requirements, and now my refund request is being unfairly rejected. It is apparent that NoBroker has not met my expectations, nor provided the due diligence necessary to fulfill my needs. In fact, I was ultimately forced to find tenants through a third-party service.
This experience has caused significant mental stress and required extensive follow-up with minimal response from your team. Furthermore, after purchasing the plan, I received no calls or support from the RM, despite the relentless follow-up I experienced prior to the sale.
Given the lack of service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction, I request Voxya’s intervention to help resolve this issue. I urge NoBroker to issue a full refund for the amount paid, as no service has been rendered to justify this cost.
This issue is a matter of principle and fairness. NoBroker should not retain funds for services that were neither provided nor satisfactory. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.
