Bought a ASUS TUF Fx***dy gaming laptop from Reliance Digital on **th August ****
Got it delivered on **th August
In the invoice the serial number of the laptop is nowhere mentioned
I kept calling reliance digital since then
Every single day
Emailed and DM ed them on twitter multiple times
But still they haven't send a updated invoice for my laptop
And due to this
I couldn't register my device on ASUS website
And can't even claim warranty on it
Reliance Digital SCAMMED me and their coustomer service is a joke
Even Talked to the supervisor( i.e. Lalit and Mr.Rao ) of the customer service team
They're just unprofessional pricks
