As we buy a Royal Enfield bullet classic. We pay around *.* - * lakhs. But when we pay there is no such quality provided by them. *-* days back I parked my classic *** at some shopping complex near about at *:** p.m. When I came back there was no battery and it has been theft. Day after that I went to the service centre for resolving this issue then I came to know that the lock which the company provide on its own when we buy that bike the lock for the battery can be open by any key. There is no such lock for which we need a separate key. We can even open it by scooty key also. I asked them to solve this issue and asked them there seniors email id but they only gave me there manager email id. I’m very much disappointed by the Royal Enfield that they fool the customer and does not provide enough quality as they charge for the bike.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
