Myntra Company - No return and refund updates

I purchased a wall clock from ***store clocks on */*/** worth Rs.****/-. I want to return it since it is not worth it. Despite many efforts I couldn’t place a return request due to Myntra’s technical issues. Finally I was able place return request around **/*/**. Since then I have been contacting Customer Care several times as nobody is ready to pick up my product , customer care don’t have any idea about the proceedings. They simply give me fake assurance that within **hours your work will be done, they don’t have any idea about delay. I just want to return that product and want my refund amount soon.
