I am Videocon D*h Subscriber, due to this TRAI regulation or some technical issues I am not able to view the channels subscribed. Although I have made my pack in * days struggle as customer care is pathetic. It takes hours to connect and another hour to speak to the supervisor and the story does not end here. They always say that please call after * hr. They never call us back as promised. I am being followed up with them for the past * days with no response, their service engineer too never visited. I have recharged for *** and I am not able to see a single channel although. After a successful recharge, my d*h account shows * balance. They don't have the option to refund or surrender.
