My Go air flight on *th Aug ** ( BLR-DEL ) was rescheduled to * am instead of the original * pm the same day. Since it was of no use I cancelled the flight as suggested by the Airline due to limited alternates available. The airline on the same day refunded the total amount to MakeMyTrip and have shared a Credit note with me. To enquire the same in tried many time to connect with MMT Agent but I cannot speak to customer care of Makemytrip as there is no working channel to connect to the agent. All IVR options disconnect after connecting to the website.
My problems:
*. There is no way to connect to the MakeMyTrip Customer Service agent.
*. MMT Website under this booking says "We have received your request with reason Flight Delayed Or Postponed. Our team will get in touch with you in **-** days."
Why MMT need whooping **-** days to connect with customers for such a small issue.
*. The total amount is already refunded to MMT by the airline then why MMT is intentionally holding it? Is it their business strategy to hold refunds to earn interest on it ?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
