I hv submitted online service request reg mal functioning & lheavy eakage of water from Eureka forbes RO unit ** days ago. I am following up with thier customer care team & thier CEO for past ** days. Neither any response nor any servicing has been done inspite of paying huge amount for * years AMC. Pl help us to get things done. I advise every one not to get trapped with sinking Eureka forbes company as they are on verge of closing business due to internal dirty politics headed by most ineffiicient & insensitive CEO .Stay alert.
