I have order * items from the paytm mall . buit i have received only * items . other items were not received , but in the app they have updated as delivered . on the *rd day (from the order received) have submitted a ticket for the same , but these customer idiots are saying it has been delivered and it is after * days so cannot be helped on this .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
