I have been chasing for an alternative flight or full refund due to connecting flight time mismatched by Airline as they preponed the schedule flight.
I have been sending email to ctdocuments@cleartrip.com and customersupport@cleartrip.com and called multiple times to customer care number ********** for this issue but no response yet.
Both flights are British airways only and I called them but they asked me to contact booking agent.
It's clear that they will publish some flight in their website and after booking they will reschedule connecting flight overlaping with *st flight timings.
