I have facing issue with my S*+ (LTE) Tab . Actually, S-pen don't work properly at the Lower left edge of the screen and it use to get deflect.
I have tried to Check it with another S pen but the problem is still there and Even after Changing the display also, problem persists.
I did submission of my device on *th February **** at Samsung authorised service centre. But they are denying for any resolution. They are simply saying that , we don't consider it as an issue So we can't repair it.
And This Category device is new for us and we don't have expertise in this ..So , we can't help you in this matter.

Ms Heena Bajaj handling this case and she is working on the basis of report shared by the Service center but the problem is Service centre giving the report to Heena Bajaj by Mentioning that , They don't see any issue in the TAB.
Because of that , Heena Bajaj also can't help me.
......
I am really frustrated by listening all this non sense. Everyday , Samsung care ask me to wait for an extra day..
And due to which, ** days have been passed and my device is still submitted in the service center and I didn't get any resolution till yet...
........
