Sohail Shaikh filed complaint against Redbus on Jan 16, 2019
I referred my friend whose & he completed his journey by booking his ticket through redbus on **.**.****.
Also i refereed my another friend & he also completed his journey by booking his ticket through redbus on **.**.****
But i did not got any of the referal bonus.
I called redbus helpline no. *-* times every time i got the same reply that "your wallet is not reflecting and we will transfer this to our technical team & you will get your ***Rs. Referal amount in ** hours" But i did not got any reward or call back.
I also had raised * complaints through mail. The complaint numbers are ******* & *******. But i did not get any reply on mail also. From past * days i am continuously taking follow up by mail or call but i m not getting a single satisfactory reply. Each n every time i get to hear the same thing again and again that "your problem is transferred to our technical team it will be solved in ** hours".
I also changed my password. I also logged in through mobile OTP. I also uninstalled the app and installed it again. I also logged in on the website through computer. I did each n everything possible from my end. But did not get any resolution.
I also sent them in mail attachments of some of the screenshots of my mobile app as well as the computer login. In it there is clearly mentioned as "wallet verified", also there is my registered mail Id and mobile no. & it has *** Rs. also but still they are saying that my wallet is not reflecting.
The customer service which redbus is providing is really disappointing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
