This is to bring your kind attention for mental and physical harassment from reliance digital extended warranty of *****rs.I am writing this after multiple visits of the concerned authority . My ac is installed and is not working properly. Its showing c* ** and getting switched off again and again .
I have talked multiple times in service centre and cbd shahdra reliance digital.
** different persons have came in and checked the ac installed pcb . It is still not working. Same issue as before. In scorching summer i am not able to use even after purchasing . This is the service of reliance digital and samsung. Technician come and say other person will come and see. But there is no action taken. I m frustated with the same process again and again. It’s been ** days i am just trying to talk to person and solve this issue. I am forced to not being the part of reliance digital family. I have lost all the trust and goodwill with you. I am attaching documents for your reference. I am daily calling and taking and taking updates. Please look into this otherwise i will be forced to make a consumer complaint.
Please repair my ac in ** hours i would be highlt grateful.
