I had a group booking through Goibibo for travelling to and fro Kolkata and Guwahati on **.**.**** and **.**.**** respectively. Due to Covid ** requested to cancel trips and refund. Till date no money has been refunded to my account. Moreover, without any permission they have transferred Rs.***** to my gocash account, which is non transferable. Tried several times to reach them but failed. I want full money back in my bank account as per Govt of India declaration.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
