Booked ticket from Akola to Vadodara in near about Rs **** as AC sleeper coach, Bus broke down in Jalgaon not arranged any alternative bus, then halted one another bus on the way, that bus driver again demanded **** rupees, paid to him no option, other day delayed to the office, full mental harassment, raise concern in redBus they are saying will only refund **** rupees.
Now I've file complaint against redbus on national grievance portal
