Byjus - No refund yet and mispriced strategy to refund lesser amount

Byjus is an ed-tech company.. They just fool us... I have registered a complaint before and finally got a call from them they were ready to refund but it's been a month they are just not responsive at all and calculating wrong numbers to refund and even not refunding those wrong numbers. They convey other numbers and when you pay they charge less by credit card so that the interest would cover the whole amount and takes *k prior. I was debited *k then *k and them paid through credit card for the rest **k but it was charged **** and **k for whole and the remaining of **k was shown as interest but we were told there will be no cost emi. When finally cancellation initiated. I was a fool to tell them to charge cancellation and refund the rest. Now I am this much frustrated and oppressed that i could ask them for compensation. The company should be sued for their misconduct and unethical strategies used. I couldn't because I don't have the resources to do so.
