GoAir Airlines - No refund recieved for cancelled Goair flight ticket

I had booked a ticket for my travel from Kochi to Hyderabad on **-**-**** ( Booking Date & Time ****-**-** **:** ) scheduled for **th April **** on Go Airlines from air.irctc.co.in. Soon, I found from the news that there was a lockdown declared and flights were suspended till April **th. I also found from the news that Goair declared that they would offer full refunds to all the tickets booked March * - April **th **** (ref.https://www.businesstoday.in/sectors/aviation/coronavirus-goair-not-charge-cancellation-fee-till-april-**/story/******.html). Hence, I requested for a cancellation of my ticket by email to feedback@goair.in, on Sun ** Mar, ****. I received no replies from their end. I repeatedly tried calling their customer care numbers **** **** *** / +** ** **** **** for cancellation but nobody picked up the call. Later the lockdown was extended again and my flight was also cancelled. It is a matter of fact that no flights were operated during this period. Now, I find from the news that Goair has declined refunding on the cancelled tickets rather they are offering to preserve the PNR for one year to make travel during the next one year. But I am not a frequent traveller and I made this booking for a specific purpose which did not happen due to these circumstances. I requested for a cancellation as soon as the Airlines declared a full refund (Ref. https://www.businesstoday.in/sectors/aviation/coronavirus-goair-not-charge-cancellation-fee-till-april-**/story/******.html) but the company refused to reply to my request. I just want the ticket cancelled and have a full refund of the amount.
