Dear Sir,
I have booked ticket unfortunately with gender female and the driver not allowed to travel and I have requested him to unfortunately it happens and through me out of BUS.I have contacted REDBUS regarding refund of my amount due to not travel in BUS.They told that there is no policy about refund.I have checked there rules and Policy but there is no rule that "if Gender mistake means no refund will be happen".Please consider this complaint to solve and refund me the amount
