My flight got cancelled by the Indigo airlines on ** March **** and they initiated the refund of the same to make my trip website. But till today Make my trip site has not refunded my money. Tried already the following:
*. Calling call center - nobody picks up. After trying few options on the IVR am advised to use the self service form in the message.
*. Self service form provided in the message do not work for the old bookings.
*. Tried emailing and again got the message to use the web form which do not work.
Fed up with this service and want my money back. Seems they make my trip is intentionally hiding behind COVID and stealing customers money. Kindly help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
