I booked a flight ticket from Ahmedabad - Chandigarh whose PNR id -GH*YTV and Trip ID -************ ,I cancel my booking because of change in center of examination due to COVID -**, so I cancel the booking immediately within * hr as per cancellation policy of ** hours full refund should be initiated in case of this cancellation.
Indigo initiated the full refund against my cancellation of the booking.
But till date, I received no refund of my money **** rs from Cleartrip.
I had only received **** of refund.
I talk to all on mail as well as on call. But everything time they told to wait for more time. It exceeds more than ** days but no response. I really feel disappointed by the service.
It's my kind request to you to please help me, and resolve my issue in getting refund.
