Dear Team,

I am a regular customer of zomato and hence I encounter certain issues when it comes to the food delivered.

There was a quantity issue that I faced yesterday from a restaurant for which I raised the issue. I demanded half the price as refund for the food which was **rs.

However, the support service said they can't initiate the refund as I reached my refund limit as I do this frequently plus they cannot take responsibility for the quantity.

These people charge separately for each food in the menu and then charge for delivery plus surge fees. Yet they cannot take responsibility for the quantity. And then they are keeping a track on Customer refund and forgetting they deserve it.
