Vishal filed complaint against Cleartrip on Feb 16, 2021
I am suppose to get refund for my booking trip id ************ from clear trip.
The airline was go air which says they have refunded the amount to agent which is clear trip in my case. Clear trip says they have started the refund on **th Jan **** but it is not yet transferred to my credit card.
Now clear trip has stopped calling me and giving an update. Nor are they replying to my emails. They do not have active direct phone number to call also.
So i am lost on how to get my refund done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
