Cleartrip - No Proper communication made for Flight schedule getting preponed

I had booked onwards and return trip to United Kingdom through cleartrip. Onwards trip was booked through HDFC smartbuy and cleartrip of Qatar Airways via Doha. I booked tickets on **st Feb. For *th of April now on the day of flight I went to Airport and came to know over there that my flight is already prepone and it flew away at *th April morning *:**. While my actual flight scheduled was for **:**. I had multiple calls with qatar and cleartrip but no help I had to book new tickets which was around this cost. As per cleartrip they are saying they already informed me on **st Mar. In between this I had a family emergency on **th Mar. So I was about to cancel my trip. To check the refund amount and to claim Insurance i had called cleartrip on **th March in that call recording they clearly say the old flight scheduled timing.
