i asked for a pick up and return since ** days and there is no good response from the team. Most of the time the courier guys call and don’t come to pick up my shoe. I have called ** times to them for return and refund but no action taken .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
