Hi All,
I have been using the Livpure RO water purifier since the last two years. During purchase, we were assured of the best quality service at our location in North ** Parganas, Kolkata. Following the first * months of purchase, various issues started which made us replace the filter cartridge every * months. Moreover, the filter stopped working within a week of the maintenance service in most of the cases. In the beginning of this year, when we opted for maintenance service, we were charged a hefty Rs. ****/- for guaranteed maintenance service for the next * years. The machine goes dysfunctional every now and then and when service complaints are raised, the officials at the helpline show a disturbing lackadaisical attitude towards customers with annoyingly delayed or mostly no responses. The last service was provided on June **th following which the purifier again stopped working. No service is being provided even after repeated calls to service helpline.
The company should have the ethics to refund the money it is extorting from customers in the name of service actually providing none.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
