Hi Team,
I have purchased water purifier on October **** and after using ** days we realized that water quality is not good (crossed *** TDS) hence we raised a complaint on the issue. A service agent have come to my home and repaired all the components however he is demanding money for the components he replaced.
We did not used purifier for not even * month and the product quality is very poor. I tired to contact them using customer care agents and they were dropping my call every time.
Service guy replaced the components and charged Rs.***/-
I did not expect such a bad quality water purifier and that is not even lasted for ** days.
