Livpure Private Limited - Worst after sales service

After a year of purchase of LIVPURE BOLT RO, the machine stopped working. the service technician came and stated that SENSOR is faulty needs to be replaced along with the internal filters. i agreed and paid for the same along with service charge. After just * days, the machine again started giving issues to which the technician told me that the PCD is faulty. I was made to replace all the internal filters+sensor+PCD and paid Rs ****(the purchased cost of the machine was Rs *****). Technically all the components were replaced except the outer fibre body. After just ** days, the machine again started giving issues like leaking from bottom ,sensor lights blinking simultaneously and filter not working. After raising a complaint, i was asked to pay service charge to which i said no, and after saying that i will raise this issue in consumer forum, the company agreed and had sent a technician. The technician dismantled the machine and could not reassemble it. after scolding him, he confessed that he cannot address the issue. After my family started scolding him further, he started raising his voice on them and left. I did state all this to the customer care of livpure and also all these things are on email sent to livpure. Still no resolution. The company technicians are looting people by making them replace all the parts once the product goes out of warranty and that too the replaced parts are faulty or fake.Also the company is least bothered about their consumers. All they know is to extract money from the consumers. i want my entire money refunded ( cost of the machine + repair cost) and take back their machine.
