Details of Complaint:
*. I purchased [livpure zinger RO Water Purifier] from the opposite party
*. I paid ₹**,*** for a two-year warranty with customer code ***** and the warranty is from the **/**/**** to **/**/****
*. Since the past * months, the product has had continuous water leakage.
*. I have made multiple complaints to customer care and the local service provider, but there has been no resolution.
*. The local service person redirects me to the Bhimavaram office, and they, in turn, redirect me back to the local service person, causing unnecessary delay.
*. This has caused mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss.
