Homelane claims no down payment however they have taken half payment in the name of booking about, payment to start work etc. now they are demanding full payment without showing any work evidence which they have told they would once the items are ready for despatch. We agreed to pay every thing but when asked for photos they said they forget but you would have to pay in full before despatch. Is this fair? Why should we pay when they forget to notify when the work started or take photos before delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
