Hi Team,
I booked tickets through cleartrip few days back but due to covid situation the airline cancelled the flight. After getting the update I cancelled my ticket from cleartrip and they informed online that within * hours I will receive an sms or email regarding refund. But till date there has been no updates from them. I am unable to get hold of customer support because they have disconnected their number. The website has no appropriate answers plus they do not provide any solution or answer on email as well. This is a matter of lot of money and between the airline and cleartrip I am getting victimised. I can provide you with the cancellation screenshots and the email communication as well.
