Vianney Dgama filed complaint against RELIANCE DIGITAL on Nov 24, 2020
Had purchased a Vivo y** against order no.RDF******** dated **.*.****, on 'No cost EMI' basis. However the merchant banker charged **% interest on the * months EMI. On taking up the matter with Reliance digital, at first they informed me that the interest charged would be credited to my account within ** days of payment. Later Reliance Digital denied that the 'no cost EMI' was not opted by me and hence interest was applicable. From the attached screen shots it is clearly evident that the 'no cost EMI' was opted by me, which Reliance Digital is denying. Kindly take up the matter with the concerned department.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
