I am writing to bring to your attention the significant delay experienced during our recent flight with Vietjet, specifically Flight No VJ *** from Ho Chi Minh to Mumbai on ** Dec ****.

Regrettably, the flight was delayed for over * hours, causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to our travel plans. Compounding the situation, I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad scheduled for * AM, which I unfortunately missed due to the delay attributed to your airline. This experience has left us disappointed, and we are compelled to express our dissatisfaction with the service provided, making it unlikely for us to consider Vietjet for future travel.

Please process the refund of $** per pax as mentioned in your guidelines. The PNR is VJ****
