Vietjet Airlines - Flight Cancellation

Hi Viet Air,

I have a flight booking through your airline VietjetVJ*** for *rd Oct
****, PNR: QB*BMS. It seems you have canceled the flight and are no
longer operating on *rd Oct. In this situation, I need the refund back
to the original source of payment and not your airline vouchers as I
am an International traveler and those vouchers are worthless to me.

Your flight cancellation has already ruined my travel plan and the
least you can do is provide me a refund back to the original source of
payment.

If this is not possible, please share your escalation matrix. I would
like to raise this issue to your consumer forum and court of law.
