I booked a return flight from Mumbai to Bali. They only sent a confirmation for my return flight from Bali to Mumbai and cancelled my departing flight from Mumbai to Bali. They haven’t sent any confirmation or refunded any money on the same yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
