Both of my to and from Hanoi noi bai international airports are delayed by *.* hours in a same day. VJ*** when delayed no information or any crew member present at the counter to address customer queries. Worst airlines ever. I am.tourist and my other tours in Vietnam are all cancelled because of this delay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
