New Freezer was bought online in August ****, and it was delivered with gas coolant damaged. Immediately reached out to tech support to describe the issue. Since then more than **+ ticket items and many SERVICE REQUESTS were made to repair the new freezer. This is really unfortunate and helpless to take more than ** months of time to resolve this product. I really appreciate your help in getting this issue resolved.
