Urban Company - Never bothered to replace faulty spare part for my TV that was repaired by their technician

I got my LED TV repaired through a technician sent by Urban Company, and paid a large sum of money for the same. As per the technician, he claimed that he had replaced a faulty mother-board inside the TV with a new motherboard. I asked him specifically what is the guarantee for the new board, and he mentioned * months guarantee. I made the payment to the technician on **nd January ****, but just after ** days of the payment, on **th February ****, the TV again stopped working. I scheduled another (free) visit of the technician for today, which was confirmed by the technician, but then he neither showed up, nor did he take my calls (this is after I told him the first time that the TV has again stopped working, so he knew that his "new part" has failed).
