I have registered complaint regarding weak signal strength of jio network in kasheli, bhiwandi area on * sep ****, I have committed to solve the same in * months, but after * and half months issue not resolved and when I have called to customer care regarding they are saying to wait again ***-*** days. Means they have not taken the previous issue seriously. So because of that I suffered a lot in last *-* months. I have also attached the recordings of call to customer care on * sep **** and ** jan ****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
