Md Naushad Alam filed complaint against Reliance Digital on Nov 18, 2021
I ordered the product on **th October as the delivery date was showing **th October ****. After the order delivery date was changed to **th October. But delivery was attempted on **nd October. By that, I did not need the product. So I raised the complaint and I was asked that it can't be cancelled from their end and I had to refuse the product.
I refused the product three times on **nd, **th and **th October. After repeated follow up I was promised the product will be sent back to Reliance and then I will get a refund.
But on *nd October, the fourth delivery attempt was made though I had already told them that I don't need the product.
After the follow up again, the return order was created and the product was sent back and after that, I am not getting any updates from their customer care and also from their Highest escalation desk "BM.Bade@ril.com".
It has been almost ** days and harassment is going on without any updates and all calls and emails are being ignored.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
