VISHNU filed complaint against Oyo on Jun 28, 2019
I had booked a room my booking id is (gzpl****). I booked this on **/**/**** at night and I have made payment also that I found the date **/**/** Sunday morning is cheeked out time **:** am but on Sunday I have to check in at same. I called the customer care on under ** mint of booking. They said that cancelled the same booking you will get a refund.
After some cancellation charges and book a new booking. I do the same but yet I don't receive the payment. I called the customer care also the said as per our policy you will not get the refund. this is a fraud happen with me what should I do now to get my payment back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
