Madhusmita filed complaint against Make my trip on May 20, 2023
My friends and I (* people) booked a Ladakh package (Booking ID NL************* ) in March **** to travel on May **th ****. I am attaching the original itinerary for your reference. In the package feeder flight from Delhi to Leh and return feeder flight from Leh to Delhi was included. I have paid a total of RS ****** for the package. On May **th MakeMyTrip called me as I am the one booked package and informed them they can not provide feeder flight from delhi to leh and leh to delhi as go first has stopped the operations. I need to book the flight on my own if I wish to travel on the same day. They are also not ready to process the full refund and told me that they will only refund ***** as a MakeMyTrip gift voucher which I need to use in one year. I have paid the entire booking amount in cash and would like to get the full refund as they are not catering to the basic promise.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
