Santhosh filed complaint against RedBus on Apr 12, 2020
Hi,
I have booked a ticket in redbus on night **st March. Unfortunately I received a CA from bus operator by end of that day that bus service is cancelled. I tried to contact redbus customer service to confirm it but I couldn't reach them. I raised a complaint in redbus but there is no feedback from them. Can you prioritise the issue so that I can get refund as soon as possible?
