I had signed up for the my partner account. I got a call from their agent for document verification. The agent name is Manish with contact number +** ********** he told after I send the documents it will take **-** mins to open so I sent it and it's more than a week the account has not been opened. Neither the agent is seeing my WhatsApp messages nor answering my calls. I have mailed Make My Trip and Also contacted their X(Twitter) support and still no Satisfactory response and no action is being taken
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
