I have booked *train tickets on Oct **th for Feb month's trip. nearly after two months,I have asked the customer executive of ease my trip to cancel one ticket of passenger named MANISHA THIRANI. AFTER FEW DAYS, WHEN I CALLED THEM TO KNOW THE RESERVATION STATUS OF REST OF THE THREE TICKETS, I GOT TO KNOW THAT THEY CANCELLED EVEN MY TICKET named KARTHIK THIRANI WITHOUT ASKING ME. I GOT THE REFUND OF TWO TICKETS. BUT HOW CAN THEY CANCEL MY TICKET.THEY HAVE SPOILED MY UPCOMING TRIP. I WANT THEM EITHER TO BOOK CONFIRMED TICKET FOR ME IN SAME TRAIN ON SAME DATE OR BOOK FLIGHT TICKETS FOR THE THREE PASSENGERS INCLUDING ME.
